Speaker’s Corner!

We were very pleased to hear from five members of our Eye of Tiger e-Club who are willing to volunteer their time to help guide our organization. We wish each of them the best of luck in this unusual election year. Each candidate has more information about themself on the Kiwanis International Election page and on his personal Facebook, social media or webpage.

Kiwanis International Trustee Chuck Gugliuzza is running for Vice President of Kiwanis International. His desire to serve others and help this organization have driven him to seek this position. Chuck and his wife Kiwanian Emilia are a dedicated dynamic duo of service and philanthropy to those in need.

Chuck helped open many new clubs in several North American districts over the past two years, along with 26 new clubs in Latin America and a new club in Puerto Rico as well. He has mentored and counseled new and existing members to strengthen our organization. His is passionate about growing Kiwanis.

Past International Trustee Bert West is seeking the office of Vice President as well. Bert is a third generation Kiwanian with more than 31 years of membership in our organization. He has spent his professional life in the roofing industry which has given him years of experience in managing others.

Bert hopes to promote growth at all levels of Kiwanis and maintain financial viability. He wants to work side-by-side with our members as we continue the legacy of service that has always been our foundation. He hopes to show Kiwanians worldwide that it is OK to have fun while serving the children of the world.

Nathaniel Kyle is the Distinguished Past Governor of the West Virginia District running for a seat on the board as Trustee. He currently is the Circle K Administrator for his District and Membership Coordinator.

He decided to run for the Board to bring a younger perspective, to make our organization more inviting to younger members and to continue to make our organization inviting to all. He hopes to inspire younger members to join and create a bridge for KeyClub and Circle K to continue on with service to others.

Past New Jersey Governor Michael Mulhaul is looking to gain a seat on the Kiwanis International Board as a Trustee as well. Michael has been a member of the Greater Parsippany Kiwanis Club for 28 years and has dedicated himself to serving as the district coordinator for The Eliminate Project since 2012.
