John Cox is the founder of Ruck9 (Rescuing Uniquely Created Canines(K-9’s). A non-profit organization that has placed, to date, 50 dogs and 3 cats in wheelchairs, since 5/15/21. I recently retired from the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office after 27 years.
His goal is to raise awareness and donations that will allow Ruck9 the ability to provide “Wheelies”, as I like to call them, to any animal that could benefit from them.
